Nature’s Harvest Simple and Sweet

Nature's Harvest Bundle

Sometimes, do you just need a pretty card in a hurry?  Well, today I wanted to share a quick and simple card I made using the Nature’s Harvest Bundle.  Yes, this set has bonus dies and is fun to color but the Nature’s Harvest Stamp Set and one ink pad will allow you to create a card just like this one.

Choose one of the pretty patterns in the Harvest Meadow 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper and then do your stamping in that color.  I choose one of the Misty Moonlight patterns and then stamped in the same color.  Look at all these pretty choices of patterns!

Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper

I offset the blue with the Cork 12″ x 12″ Specialty Paper to add some texture and another color.  And then I decided to put a little twist in the layout instead of making everything straight.  Does that little twist come easy for you or does your brain just want it to be straight!  If you need it straight just make sure you cut the cork a quarter of an inch larger then the stamped layer.

Tutorial below and here’s a link to a Nature’s Harvest Card I posted earlier that’s stepped up with coloring and die cutting.

Happy Heart Stamper’s Fall Swaps

Have you ever participated in a card swap?  Or are you wondering…what is a card swap?  If that’s the case, it’s a group of card makers coming together to trade cards.  Each person designs one card and makes enough to swap with all the other members in the group. It’s a great way to to receive lots of different cards to send to family and friends while only having to design one.

There are lots of different reason why demonstrators participate in a swap.  Some just to increase their stash of cards to send out.  Others use them for inspiration, to case for classes, and in their businesses.  But no matter what the reason swapping is a lot of fun!  I love going to the mail box and finding there’s a handmade card waiting for me!

Today I thought I would share several of the fall swaps I received from team members on my Happy Heart Stampers Team.

Season’s Blessings Bundle Not Just For The Holidays

Season's Blessings by Stampin' Up!

I love craft products that I can use all year long. That’s why I love the Season’s Blessings Bundle!

It includes the Season’s Blessings Stamp Set and the Seasonal Basket Dies. At first, you might think this bundle is mainly for the Christmas holidays. The Stamp Set has poinsettias and a basket to put them in, along with a seasonal sentiment, for holiday cards.

But there’s more!  You can use the flower and leaf images year-round, in different ink colors for different occasions. The same with the sentiments. Use them for birthdays, thanks, gratitude, thinking of you. Don’t forget the dies! They add polish to your projects with so little effort. They make your cards look like you spent more time on them than you did. That’s always a plus!

So if you are looking for versatility take a look at this great bundle!  For Free tutorials of both these cards Click Here.

Here’s another fun card showing this bundle’s versatility.
