I’m back today with a sweet card made with new Cat Punch. I love that you can purchase the punch alone or bundle it with the Spooky Cat stamp set and save 10%. If you are a lover of Halloween then I’m sure you will want the bundle. But if halloween is not your thing you still may find lots of ways to use this cute punch. Today I punched her in pink and think she’s the sweetest cat ever.
I created my card as part of my team’s Fun Friday Challenge. I challenged them to case (copy and share everything) the cute reindeer card on page 47 of the 2017 Holiday Catalog.
I just love her in Powder Pink! I paired her with the Whole Lot of Lovely designer series paper and some Sahara Sand card stock.
The Layering Circle Framelit Dies allow you to cut plain and scalloped circles in a wide range of sizes.
The sentiment is from the Fabulous Flamingo Stamp Set. I have two favorites from that set…Tickled Pink for You and the one I used today…I love you kind of a lot.
Maybe you would like to case today’s card? I would love for you to share it on my Facebook page if you do.
Yesterday and today I’m having a little fun with a blog give-a-way. Just let me know if you are a cat lover or do you prefer dogs? Give me a meow or bark in the comments today for a chance to win. I’ll be sending one lucky winner a few samples of come current products. Comment on yesterday’s card also and receive two chances to win.
If you can’t be part of the $1,000 Party please consider placing a $50 order with me this month. After crunching the numbers for the next incentive trip to Alaska I found that I need another 33 orders of $50 each by the end of this month (September) to earn the trip. Each person placing an Alaskan Incentive Trip order will receive a handmade gift and thank you card to show my appreciation. Please make sure you use the hostess code QPGANYKA when checking out and do not click the box to not contact you or I won’t know who you are to send your gift.
Don’t forget to check these other ways to shop and save.
Today’s wild and fun card is being submitted to not one but two challenges this week – Can You Case It and Mojo Monday. One is a color challenge and the other is a sketch challenge. Check them out and play along!
I’ve used two new products that are on the Weekly Deals this week. You will find the paper stack and metal rimmed pearls along with the other Weekly Deals HERE.
As soon as I saw that the color challenge was black and white and a color of my choice I grabbed the Go Wild Designer Series Paper Stack. There is everything from subtle neutral prints to the wild ones I used on my card today. And remember it’s on sale this week!
I decided to use the color as a pop of color with the big and beautiful butterfly in the Watercolor Wings Bundle. I used Bermuda Bay for my color choice but it would look great in lots of other fun colors.
The three step stamping in the Watercolor Wings stamp set makes it easy to get a great watercolor effect without a lot of work.
I added a fun new embellishment to the butterfly. It’s the Metal Rimmed Pearls. They come in 3 sizes and this is the largest. And yes, they are also on sale in the Weekly Deals.
Do you have the Four Feathers Stamp Set Yet! Mine showed up this weekend and I couldn’t wait to get it inked up! I decided to pair it up with today’s MOJO Monday Challenge. It’s a Skinny Card!
I’m loving the bold rich colors of this year’s Stampin’ Up! In Colors. And the black is a perfect accent color.
Didn’t want this card to be too fussy looking so instead of ribbon I used the Crushed Curry Baker’s Twine.
The feathers are stamped on three 1-3/8″ squares matted with 1-5/8″ black squares.
The Hello Honey layer is 1-7/8″ x 5-1/4″ and this is all placed on a 3-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ Blackberry card base.
I love the tall and skinny look for a change of pace but the nice thing is…it’s fits in a regular A2 envelope.

I’m loving the new Flower Patch Photopolymer Stamp set and coordinating Framelits. If you love flowers this is a must have! Makes card making quick yet pretty. I used the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge (MOJO351)pretty much as is for my inspiration. Hop on over to the blog and give it a try.

Today is the last day for This week’s Weekly Deals. I would have to say that my favorite item this week is the Natural 7/8″ Cotton Ribbon. I used it this week for some covered composition notebooks for a local festival. I need to order some today too since it’s such a great deal.
And remember that there’s a Starter Kit Specialhappening until the end of the month. So if you have a BIG WISH LIST and want to save $$$ this may be the perfect option for you. Check out the details here.Or you can join with the Standard $99 Kit.Purchase either kit through me and be a part of both Stampin Up (with all the discounts and perks) and my Stamp and Embellish team and Facebook group. Felt like I needed a little direction today so I headed on over to the Mojo Monday Challenge. Sketches are perfect for making a card design come together really quick. Today you get to choose – either a round or square card. I went with a 5″ x 5″ square card with a matching envelope.
I also wanted to work on something other then Holiday today so I thought I would bring out a new stamp set from…Giggles Greetings . It has 4 great stamps that make you want to smile.
Life isn’t always a bowl of cherries…sometimes it really is the pits. And that’s the perfect time to send someone a card to let them know you’re thinking of them. The inside could say I’m thinking of you or praying for you.
Designer Series Paper makes coordinating patterns easy. Each pack has 12 double sided papers so you end up with 12 different patterns that mix together making designing quick and easy. I used the Gingham Garden pack with it’s flowers and checks.
The circles were easily cut using the Circle Collection Framelits. The set contains 10 different sized circles making it a snap to layer circles. And…they are on sale as part of the Holiday Sale through the end of the month.
I used Stampin’ Up!’s Stampin’ Markers and a Blender Pen to color the bowl of cherries. If you are beginning to collect markers…the subtle shades are on sale as part of the Weekly Deals until the end of the day today.
Everybody needs the Envelope Punch Board! It’s not only fun to create coordinating envelopes but you never have to worry about what size you make your card because with the Envelope Punch Board you can make 66 different sized envelopes. Get yours today!
