Hey Everyone!
Just popping in today with a quick post. I’m sharing one of the cards we’ll be making at Thursday’s Simply Beautiful Card Class. It uses the same stamp set I used yesterday but in a totally different way. Yesterday I colored a bit with the Blends and today I created a monochromatic card in Berry Burst.

So what are your thoughts about the look of this image? Do you like the photographic look? I’m thinking it’s really cool. It’s what Stampin’ Up! is calling a Distinctive stamp. It’s a stamp that lays down ink at different opacities giving the image more depth….so it looks like a photographic finish. What I’m loving is that it looks beautiful stamped in any color and when you stamp it in smoky slate it looks great with added color.
