Welcome to the March One Stamp At a Time Blog Hop where we are celebrating spring. This month it’s all about spring flowers. Which means if you change up the sentiments you have cards for Easter, Mother’s Day or any other occasion. And I don’t know about you but I’m more then ready for spring. Actually we’ve had a couple of beautiful days in the north Georgia mountains so it won’t be long!
You may just be starting the hop or maybe you came from Andrea Tracy-Tucker’s blog. Either way just know that if you lose your way you can view the blog lineup below. Now…think spring and enjoy the flowers. 🙂
- I decided on sweet and simple today. My favorite kind of stamping.
- I’ve used the Painted Petal stamp set. It’s a Photopolymer set (which means you can see through it) making it easy to place the blossoms perfectly on the stems.
- The colors are Strawberry Slush and Soft Sky. I stamped off the flowers to make them a softer spring color.
- The splatter of Soft Sky was stamped with the ever popular Gorgeous Grunge stamp set! It’s difficult not to want to stamp splats and splatters on every card. 🙂
- I love Baker’s Twine. It’s inexpensive and goes a long way. I have it on hand in every color! I used Blushing Bride twine as it blended well with the stamped off flower color.
